GROUNDED

BE W.E.L.L.

GROUNDED by Lexy’s Travel is our group travel name that aims to focus on any aspect for wellness. Our definition being “WELL” is Wellness, Empowerment, Love and Liberation. We strive to prioritize connection, financial, physical, personal well-being.

As a prior Air Force nurse and graduate in studies of Community Health Education, I have dedicated my life to taking care of myself and those around me. I have been able to do so through education. With our annual gatherings, GROUNDED will focus on multiple aspects of being well. The word GROUNDED was founded after careful consideration of what I wanted the group to stand for: stability, rootedness, connection and finding you ‘WHY’.

Our health and wellness initiative can be found at Abundant Health Solutions. Subscribe to ours newsletter to learn more about our latest updates.

My ‘Why’

My three children, Adin, Celeste and Yasmine and my little fur baby Beau are why I prioritize focusing on being well. I want them to grow up to be complete in all aspects.
