Reservation Management
All travel experiences and vacations, booked by us, include reservation management. This consists of our representative managing changes in reservations and informing the primary traveler of the changes.
Additionally, for travel services booked through Lexy's Travel Company, LLC, we will provide support with your airline, hotel/resort, or tour operators, at any time, as needed.
Group Travel/Vacation Planning
If you have a group of friends, family, employees, or church, etc. and you need to plan a vacation, retreat, or group experience, we offer group planning that will take the burden off you and allow you to relax with everyone else!
We also offer to obtain and manage hotel room blocks or conference room reservations for various occasions.

Customized Vacation Planning
We offer vacation planning services, building your itinerary with an individualized touch, to ensure you get the most from your experience. We will schedule your tours and/or excursions, as well as making your dinner reservations, to ensure that you have time to do everything you desire during your trip! You will depart with confidence that you won't miss a thing!

Everyone likes to ensure their service providers are going to be a good "fit" to meet their needs and we do the same for our clients! That's why we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation for ALL potential clients, at their request.

All travel experiences and vacations booked by us include a personalized itinerary which is available in .pdf format and provided by email.
Changes & Cancellations
Life happens, things change and plans sometimes change. We understand this and we provide change and cancellation services so that you don't have to deal with it. For travel experiences booked by us, we contact all suppliers to handle cancellations and changes so that you don't have to!

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEES
Detailed research to provide proposed travel experiences, based on your desired specifications. These fees are non-refundable, as they serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Standard Retainer
from $25
Retains our services for a customized travel proposal for up to 5 travelers (or 2 parents and their children).
Includes:
- 3 accommodation/cruise options in initial travel proposal
- 1 adjustment for up to 1 additional option
- Final proposal valid for up to 21 days after which you will have to pay another fee unless communicated otherwise.
- Reservation Management
Group Retainer
Retains our services for a customized travel proposal for
6 to 14 travelers (from $50)
15 to 39 travelers (from $75)
40+ travelers (from $100)
Includes:
- 3 accommodation/cruise options in initial travel proposal
- 2 adjustments for up to 2 additional options
- Final proposal valid for up to 21 days
- Reservation Management
- Personalized Itinerary via PDF and mobile app
- 1 Pre-travel group video call
Hotel Room Block & Management
From $100.00
Includes 3 hotel package options, obtaining room block and managing reservations through first day of check-in. We will provide periodic updates to the group's point of contact, as agreed upon. Fees vary based on number of rooms in the block.
A minimum of 10 rooms required.

Booking Your Own Excursions
Vendor Pricing
Book your own excursions, for any destination. Whether you booked your trip with Lexy's Travel Company, LLC or not, you can always book your own excursions, at any time, including on the same day, while you're traveling (subject to availability). Click here to visit our partner site.
Destination Wedding Design Fee
from $10 per person
Includes destination research & travel proposal with 3 location options on initial quotes and up to 2 additional location options after adjustments, location research, booking and guest management, custom destination wedding booking page, and one-on-one with bride & groom monthly.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION FEES
These options can be added to your services, as needed for your desired travel experience. These fees serve as compensation for services rendered as agreed upon.
Cancellation Fee
from $50 per person
For cancellations other than those made by the supplier (airline, hotel/resort, tour operator, etc.)
Lexy's Travel Company assess this fee, in addition to any fees or penalties that may be charged or imposed by the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).
Change Fees
From $50
Changes must be completed no more than 45 days prior to travel.
This fee is charged for each change. Changes include, but are not limited to:
- Name Changes
- Date Changes
- Airport changes
- Changes to accommodations
Lexy's Travel Company assess this fee, in addition to any fees or penalties that may be charged or imposed by the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).

Mid-Travel Change Fee
from $100
Changing flights, hotels, tours and/or activities while you are traveling. This fee is charged for each change.

Destination Wedding Change Fee
from $150
Any changes to Destination Weddings after booking. Fees may vary based on the required change.
